I had an excellent experience so far. My consultant is very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns and questions. After the hearing test we discussed my options. Next week the hearing aids will arrive and we will continue from there. Currently I am wearing Oticon aids. They have reached retirement.

Ruby was very helpful in getting me going with the hearing aids., pairing them up and setting up Bluetooth options. She explained how the brain needs to do some relearning and to be gradual about it. She is very patient.

They did everything possible to help me.

Needed a new ear mold. The tab on one of them broke off. Called Ruby and she had a new one made. It arrived in under week. Good service. Cost.....eh!
