I have recently had the opportunity to work with Lilly here in Kenai, Alaska as my hearing aid specialist. I have been so impressed with her willingness to listen and help me to achieve my best hearing possible. She has guidance through several audiologists at any point during our sessions and I am also able to speak with them and get guidance when needed. I’m so thankful to have this type of service right here in my home town. Lilly has fit me with the Starkey Edge AI 20 as I liked it much better than the Edge AI 24; I was able to try each set and make an informed decision. I had also requested a remote microphone for friends or family that I might still have problems understanding. Today, I came home with that accessory and I’m so excited. My husband has a tone that can be difficult for me to understand, especially in the car or large stores. I think this will help us be able to communicate much better. Big thanks to Lilly for always listening and always trying to help my hearing get better. I have an incredible network available to me across the country because of my purchase and dealing with this company and Starkey. I have no regrets. On another note, Lilly was also able to “gently” encourage my husband to try hearing aids. He is now adjusting to my older model as he just wasn’t ready for the new models. He did try them but just felt they were more than he needed right now. Baby steps! Thank you Lilly and Alaska Hearing Aid Institute! Oh, one last thing, I had new hearing aids the day of my test, no waiting for weeks for them or another appointment for their fitting. I loved that service! All smiles here today! :)

I think personally you’re really lucky to have Lily. She’s very thorough very helpful. She’s even went out of her way to get paperwork signed for me for new hearing aids. She will actually call you back. Very helpful and understanding for a baby boomer like myself
